This is individual will need an understanding of digital document tracking systems, the ability to master eLearning systems, and a thorough understanding of MS office suite.

  • Use Excellence through Quality Reliance system (EtQ) to accurately enter and maintain all information for employee training records including SOP reading items; scan and upload information.
  • Schedule internal training sessions for employees.
  • Create new training item information as needed.
  • Use Time Tap to set up classes.
  • Use FLIK/Eurofins Website (CaterTrax Link) to order catering.

Pay Range: $15 – $17 per hourQualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS diploma
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
  • Lives within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA
  • Strong written and verbal communication

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Some business school (Associates or equivalent);
  • Previous experience managing administrative office tasks;
  • Knowledge in the use of different computer software packages and terms
