This position coordinates program funding and account reconciliation; coordinates graduate assistant and faculty teaching contracts for fall, spring, summer, and intersession courses; and course schedules for face-to-face and Global Campus AAST stand-alone and cross-listed courses and textbook orders. This position also processes applications for the AAST graduate certificate program, scholarships, and study abroad and coordinates program annual reviews of joint and/Oregon affiliate faculty. The Program Assistant will also be responsible for website and electronic monitoring of content creation, updates, and maintenance and for maintaining events on the AAST social media sites.
