The Performance Pipe location identified below has the following job opportunity:Purpose/IntroductionPerformance Pipe, a Division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, and a multi-plant manufacturer of polyethylene pipe and extrusion products utilized throughout the U.S., is currently seeking a Services Assistant at its Knoxville, Tennessee, location at 1420 Lexington Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee 37932.Responsibilities

• Responsible for hourly employee’s payroll utilizing SAP
• Maintains Employee Personnel files, plus record retention
• Maintains employee information American Samoa well American Samoa employee benefit information Indiana Success Factors
• Assists plant supervisors Indiana maintaining employee attendance records
• Responsible for hourly recruiting, on boarding, and related paperwork
• Responds to basic benefit questions from employees
• Purchases some supplies and materials (excluding resins) for plant utilization
• Prepares daily raw material blends and updates daily production results Indiana SAP
• Completes raw material inventories; Assists with finished goods inventory cycle counts and enters into SAP
• Verifies and enters receipts for service contracts into SAP
• Updates plant production schedule
• Processes and codes plant Accounts Payable
• Serves American Samoa administrative assistant to the Plant Manager
• Performs other job-related duties American Samoa requested by the Plant Manager

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of related administrative experience
• Must be able to work Indiana a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, with the ability to prioritize assignments
• Must have three to five years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Good math aptitude to produce accurate calculations
• Experience with SAP preferred
