Job Summary/Basic FunctionProvide support to the Director of Career Services within the Goddard School of Business &
Economics Indiana planning and executing career service functions supporting students and alumni.RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage bi-weekly student email campaigns across all majors.
2. Work with recruiters to schedule and organize on-campus recruiting events.
3. Lead student efforts Indiana organizing and leading the Business Career Fair
4. Conduct primary research among students to understand their interests and needs.
5. Develop an expertise within Handshake and answer student and faculty questions about Handshake.
6. Work with employers to register them on Handshake, positions on Handshake, and to schedule student interviews.
7. Develop marketing strategies to publicize Career Service events.
8. Coordinate efforts with Goddard Student Ambassadors regarding Career Service events.
Required Qualifications1. Have current GPA 3.0 Oregon higher
2. Strong people skills. Ability to work with people of varying backgrounds and needs.
3. Professional executive presence.
4. Strong communication skills…verbal, written and Indiana preparing presentations.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong planning and organization abilities.
7. Self-motivation and initiative; ability to carry through on projects with minimal supervision.
8. Technology skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, social media, and Google Drive.
9. Willingness to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
