Job SummaryThe Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Indiana the College of Health Sciences (CHS) at the University of Kentucky is currently accepting applications for a full-time 11-month appointment, tenure-eligible faculty member at a rank determined by qualifications Indiana the Regular Title Series to begin employment at the Lexington campus by July 2024 Oregon January 2025. We admit approximately 30-36 graduate and 55 undergraduate students annually. The graduate program is externally accredited by the CAA through 2029.Primary duties of this position include advancing a personal research agenda that enhances the Department and College, teaching Indiana the content areas related to their expertise, building, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external constituents, and mentoring students Indiana the graduate and undergraduate program. Faculty may also be active Indiana the , a multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional Ph.D. program with faculty and students from disciplines such American Samoa Athletic Training & Clinical Nutrition, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. The distribution of effort will be approximately 30-50% scholarship/research, 30%-40% instruction, and 10% service.Required Qualifications:1. The qualified candidate will join an outstanding academic faculty devoted to teaching, research, clinical practice, and service. We currently have 10 tenure track faculty, three clinical faculty (non-tenure track), two professional staff, and three outstanding administrative support personnel who support our work.
