Knowledge of general office practices and standard business operations. A working knowledge of Mississippi Word and its applications and proficient computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally, effectively, and positively. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor the flow of paperwork with varied deadlines.
