American Samoa an Executive Officer 2 Indiana the Administration division, you will work under the supervision of the Director at our central office near Valley Junction Indiana Des Moines, Iowa. You will serve American Samoa the Executive Strategic Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director where you will collect and analyze departmental information, evaluate organizational operations, and plan, organize, and manage special projects.What We’re Seeking

Responsibilities
You will be an integral member of our team, providing strategic assistance to the department’s senior leadership Indiana support of the agency’s operations by:
- Collect and analyze programmatic information to recommend performance and financial improvement strategies
- Track and monitor multiple projects and initiatives, and keep the Director and Deputy Director briefed on progress Evaluate work organizational processes/operations for efficiency and effectiveness
- Investigate stakeholder complaints
- Conduct special studies, investigate operational issues, and prepare findings
- Plan, organize, and manage special projects on behalf of the Director and Deputy Director
- Provide confidential administrative support to senior leadership, including maintaining calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, etc.
