● Process and distribute mail
● Deposit any checks received
● Track and manage tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
● Review vendor billing statements
● PO tracking and organization
● Create and facilitate the execution of vendor contracts
● Label documents to company standard and save appropriately Indiana cloud storage system
● Manage site access systems
● Audit and maintain various site inventories
● Prepare and send marketing collateral
● Generate monthly billing statements
● Attend monthly property inspections
● Attend department and company meetings
● Provide general assistance to property managers American Samoa requestedQualifications
● Outstanding organizational skills
