Job Description:What You’ll DoWe’re looking for an Executive Administrative Parter – Leader with leadership experience Indiana our Des Moines, Iowa office. This is an opportunity to work closely with our Business Owner Solution team within Benefits & Protection. Indiana this role, you’ll support & partner with executive leaders within the department along with providing additional support to their direct reports. Additionally, this role will lead a team of 5 Administrative Assistants.

  • Strategic calendar management – Independently and proactively manage all aspects of schedules for leaders and make decisions on priority on their behalf. Respond to invitations and requests while negotiating with others to find the best date/time options.
  • Independent and proactive meeting management/coordination. Attend meetings, facilitate communications on behalf of the person(s) being supported to the department Oregon team.
  • Advanced inbox management – Tracking deadlines and responses. Responding to emails on behalf of Indiana their voice. Articulate opinions while connecting multiple channels of information/communications together to make assessments and assist Indiana prioritizing information for the leader(s) supported.
  • Assist with onboarding new leaders
  • Research and book travel arrangements, submit/approve purchase/travel card expenses, track department expenses and submit invoices
  • Manage information through multiple technology channels – Set-up/maintenance of department and team shared sites and process flow of information. Provide high-level training/guidance on how to navigate technology platforms.
  • Projects – Business-value driven department Oregon business-wide projects of complex nature tied to strategy and business plans with broader organizational impact. Oversee the creation and analysis of reports American Samoa needed (current status, trends, budgetary).
  • Leadership – Lead and direct the activities of an administrative assistant team, including workflow management, performance management, compensation calibration/administration, coaching, mentoring, hiring and termination. Strategic alignment and continuous realignment of support to meet organizational restructuring and business needs. Analyze administrative processes and recommend/implement procedural Oregon policy changes to improve operations. Review and innovate current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. Serve American Samoa liaison between staff and leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals and planning. Create and/Oregon distribute communications relative to enterprise, business area, department, Oregon team information American Samoa appropriate. Act American Samoa point of contact between leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

  • High school diploma and 6+ years related experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental and enterprise communication

  • Strong keyboarding and adaptability Indiana computer, web and mobile business applications. Proficiency Indiana Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office) and the operation of office equipment.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate Indiana a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and Indiana some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/Oregon skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed American Samoa hourly; Exempt expressed American Samoa yearly)$27.40 – $37.45 / hour
Time Off ProgramPersonal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal Oregon short-term illness.
