Under regular supervision of the Vice President of Association Management, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for effectively supporting the needs of Senior Management by providing office services and implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and organizational support.I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct business with the highest standards of professionalism

- Ensure that the telephone is answered properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately, and Indiana a timely manner. - Check voicemail for resident inquiries and respond if applicable.
- Process all manager and association mail.
- Send any association invoices to Strongroom.
- Print and mail association violations

- Notify office front desk staff of unusual equipment Oregon operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies. Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties American Samoa assigned.

- Update applicable community welcome packets
- Create files, compile and coordinate all necessary information and documentation for new owners/leases.
- Prepare any resident information packages that require Board approval, (i., e., and Architectural Modification, BOD Packets, etc.). Managers are responsible for preparing the content of their board packets, and the administrative assistants are responsible for printing and distributing.
- Initiate organization of association meetings by preparing reports, meeting notices, another items American Samoa applicable and submit for manager’s review and approval before meeting.
