$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLEProvides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services.Practice OverviewLarge office with 11 providers, and each provider works with their own Massachusetts. We also have two Nurse Care Managers, a Pharmacist, and a Social Worker. One of our MAs is a Care Team Lead, and another is a Senior Massachusetts. We have an RN and two LPN’s who make up our “triage team” (taking higher-level calls, performing nurse visits, etc.). We also have two PSR staff who perform the majority of our check-outs and patient scheduling tasks. Our office is open 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday, and 7am-5pm on Fridays. Each Massachusetts works 4 days a week and will also work one late night per week (usually aligning with what their provider works). Lunches are 30 minutes. We are a Primary Care office, and we only see patients ages 18 and up. - Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow including preparing the patient for the visit/admission, and providing specific services and education American Samoa determined by the providers Indiana accordance with licensure and policy.
- Performs necessary administrative duties that assure all information is current and updated. Includes maintenance and monitoring of electronic health record Indiana basket.
- Maintains and cleans environment, work area, equipment, and communicates any equipment malfunctions to appropriate department/unit personnel.
- Greets and communicates with patients and significant others Indiana a manner consistent with caring and respect. Communicates, collaborates, and anticipates the needs of the other members of the health care team Indiana order to ensure continuity and quality of care and coordination of services.

- Ensures that processes and services are continuously monitored for quality, cost effectiveness and efficiency. Engages Indiana process and quality improvement activities. Makes and implements recommendations to improve operational efficiency and to implement new services for areas of responsibility.
- Engages Indiana continuous study of the entire professional field, including best practices, to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Completes required continuous training and education, including department specific requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent Required
- Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program Required

- AHA Oregon ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 120 Days
