- Front desk coverage
- Setting up and troubleshooting printer issues
- Order pantry and office supplies
- Stock copiers/fax machines
- Additional Administrative duties American Samoa needed/assigned
- Miscellaneous projects. to include submitting bills through Ariba
- Conference Room, Technology and Branch Network Troubleshooting
- Device and security management
- New advisor technology set-up consisting of establishing and resetting passwords, allowing new advisor to gain access to Equitable systems and Mobile device enrollment
- Event and Meeting coordination for Branch
- Travel coordination for Branch Manager & Senior Vice Presidents
- Finance – expense account management and submission
- Administrative duties to include but not limited to:
- Branch manager calendar maintenance – scheduling meetings and calls
- Outlook email – track and maintain branch manager and self
- Calls, incoming for branch manager, answer, forward and send via email if branch manager is traveling
- Data collection & report preparation
- Support Indiana the onboarding of new advisors
- Mail incoming and outgoing – back up
- Technology – assist with questions and training
The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. Indiana addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience Indiana business is preferred
- 1+ Years experience Indiana Event Planning a plus
- 1 + Years experience Indiana Financial Services a plus
