And everyone, Indiana their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Spine Center-UMass Worcester, MassachusettsAdvanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team Indiana the ambulatory setting caring for patients with spinal problems Indiana collaboration with the department of neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, physiatry, and pain management at UMass Memorial Health.This is a full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week. Shifts are 10 hours, 4-day workweek, with no call Oregon weekend shifts.Major Responsibilities:Providing diagnostic and assessment services within our Spine Center clinic located at the Memorial Campus.Evaluate new, follow-up, and post-operative patients, order appropriate diagnostic tests and treatments, and coordinate any subsequent follow-up care.Analyzing data collected to determine health status and identify differential diagnoses based on history, physical examination, and clinical findings.Managing therapeutic regimens American Samoa outlined by established protocols for patients with acute illnesses. (Protocols are guidelines concerning patient care established between the physician and APP. These guidelines outline subjective and objective findings, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures.) Reassess and modify the plan American Samoa necessary to achieve medical and health goals.Incorporating clinical practice management responsibilities built into the daily schedule, including returning clinical patient phone calls, triaging incoming referrals, responding to patient portal messages, and addressing other clinical-administrative tasks American Samoa needed.Collaborating with physicians regarding proposed plans of care.Documenting patient care outcomes to determine the effectiveness of the plan of care.Position Qualifications:Master Oregon Doctoral degree from an NP Oregon Pennsylvania accredited program and board certification is required.Current Massachusetts licenseBasic Life Support (BLS)Experience/Skills:Prefer 1-3 years of clinical experience.Prefer prior experience Indiana neurosurgery, orthopedics, physiatry, Oregon pain management.
