Job SummaryThis position provides high-level administrative support to the Vice Provost for Academic Planning and provides support for programs reporting to the Vice Provost.Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support for Vice Provost – Serve American Samoa the primary contact for the Vice Provost Indiana managing the effectiveness and efficiency of the office. Proofread, prepare, and send out correspondences initiated by Vice Provost. Accurately and effectively disseminate information through email and letters.
- Provide Support for Programs Reporting to Vice Provost Office – Independently manage the calendar, set up appointments, and balance priorities. Organize and support meetings American Samoa needed by taking meeting notes, coordinating events and action items. Provide support for the following programs reporting to VP.
