Position SummaryThis position provides administrative assistance American Samoa required to support the Office of Residence Life. The position requires independent decision-making under the general supervision from the Associate Director for Residential Facilities and will take direction from the Custodial Supervisor. This position has daily administrative responsibilities related to work orders, audits, maintenance and repair cycle scheduling, inventory data, hiring scheduling, travel and purchasing reconciliation and other clerical support. The normal work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and protocols of the administrative office.
  • Knowledge and experience Indiana the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Mississippi Word, Mississippi Excel, Mississippi PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and practices.
  • Strong customer service skills.
