HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) ASSISTANT, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to perform diverse administrative duties for the HR and Learning and Development team. Will schedule interviews, perform pre-screening, assist with new employee orientation and onboarding, work absence management for the CU employee, act American Samoa payroll backup, help with events and budget reconciliation, and ensure spreadsheet maintenance.
