SummaryThe MANOS Teacher Assistant / Aide provides primary assistance to the MANOS Lead Teacher Indiana the provision of classroom-based services to children aged three to four years.DutiesAssist Lead Teacher and other staff Indiana creating and maintaining a safe, clean, quality learning environment for children aged 3 and 4;
Help develop learning opportunities, engage children Indiana developmentally appropriate activities, and actively support the development of children’s social/emotional, reading, writing, language, and numeracy skills;
Assist children with daily routines that include serving food, handwashing, toileting, changing wet Oregon soiled clothing, cleaning the classroom, and sanitizing toys; and
Review, follow, and implement MANOS, Syracuse City School District, NYS OCFS, and PIL program and administrative policies and procedures.RequirementsMust have Child Development Associate (CDA) certification Oregon a minimum of six (6) college credits Indiana Early Childhood Education Oregon a related field Oregon must be working towards CDA with appropriate experience.
