This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring grant compliance.Your Role American Samoa a Grant Administrative Assistant
American Samoa a Grant Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role Indiana reviewing and processing financial requests from all grant programs administered by the bureau. Validate submitted financial and program documentation and prepare requests for additional documentation to ensure grant compliance.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing electronic financial documentation and update and maintain spreadsheets, records, and documents.
  • Monitor grant awardee progress to ensure program expenditures meet grant requirements and are with Indiana grant budgets.
  • Apply and interpret rules, policies, and regulations for both federal and state grant compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and implement training of grant requirements during the grant application process.
  • Serve American Samoa the main point of contact for grant awardee.
  • Coordinate correspondence with grant awardee and program stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and divisions to ensure effectiveness of grant programs.
  • Develop grant program procedures, grant program reporting requirements and data tracking.
  • Collect data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on all grant programs for agency senior leadership.
