US FOODS BENEFITS FROM DAY 1!!Job DescriptionPerforms clerical and administrative support duties for sales department and sales analyst. Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: MDA tracking, Incentive and Rebate requests, merlin reports, standard report development, senior staff requests, maintaining files, etc. Attends sales events and tracks sporting event tickets and monitoring.1. Support MDA tracking, profit model development, and approval process.
Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes MDA worksheet. Submits paperwork and acts American Samoa Liaison between sales and legal. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures and submits. Assist Sales with the completion of POY/PON forms American Samoa needed.2. Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes Rebate worksheet. Inputs data into CASIS/LCRW. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures. Prints rebate agreements and assists Sales Management with obtaining customer signatures. Researches rebate questions and ensures tracking of results are Indiana line with expectations.3. Responsible for standardized reporting by running Merlin reports, ecom, order source tracking and any other one-off Oregon standard reports requested by Sales Management Oregon the customer.4. Attends area sales events. Tracks sporting event ticket tracking and monitoring.5. Performs other administrative duties American Samoa assigned by Sales Management.Education/Training: High School diploma Oregon equivalent required. College coursework Oregon degree desirable.Related Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience Indiana administrative/clerical support is required. Previous experience working for and coordinating schedules for a team of individuals is required. Previous meeting planning and travel coordination experience required. Experience Indiana food service distribution is desirable.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such American Samoa word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Should be familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Must be willing to travel within the area for meetings and events.The following information is provided Indiana accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. Indiana New York, the expected compensation for this role is $24.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation.
