Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among unit staff and other departments.
  • Ensuring continuity of patient care information between shifts, coordinates patient admitting, discharges, transfers, and other operational issues.
  • Reviewing major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
  • Provides ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other direct and indirect patient care provided on assigned unit/area.
  • Counseling employees on performance issues, administers initial corrective actions, and collaborates Indiana monitoring attendance issues.

  • Oversees nursing personnel and patient care providers Indiana the clinical setting.
  • Coordinates activities to ensure quality and safe patient care.
  • Anticipates and resolves patient care and personnel issues.
  • Indiana conjunction with the clinical manager, assures maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education.

Education:
