Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to requirements of new ebilling sites. Candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality and perform duties Indiana a timely and accurate manner. Candidate will also resolve discrepancies, provide documentation and reporting.Skills and Education:
- Superior internal and external customer service support
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- One to two years billing experience
- Paperless Proforma, Ebilling Hub and Elite experience
- ARCS and Crystal Reports experience helpful
- High School Diploma Oregon GED
