District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year relevant experience up to 20 years.

182 contracted work days

Salary:
The minimum starting pay is $56,404*/year and the maximum salary is $90,590/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
*The salary range for this position includes a 20% differential. Salary is based on 2023-2024 pay schedule and is subject to change.Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office. • Colorado licensed registered nurse Indiana good standing
• Must qualify for adjunct Nursing faculty at Pikes Peak Community College (12 months nursing experience caring for the elderly Oregon chronically-ill of any age, experience Oregon training Indiana teaching adults Oregon 12 months managing Nursing Assistants)
• Vocational CTE license endorsed Indiana Health Sciences Oregon proof of eligibility (see attached worksheet for qualifications)

Expectations for Performance * Students will take courses on campus facilitated by the blended teacher

• Providing regular education and RtI-related services such American Samoa consultation, affective education and participation on Student Support Teams
• Collaborative consultation with school personnel
• Collaboration with the online teaching and administrative staff to establish enrichment programs to help foster the blended model of education
• Active participation Indiana staff development, including cross-disciplinary teaching
• Participation on the Student Support Team
• Comprehend the curriculum Indiana ins entirety for assigned grade levels
• Demonstrate knowledge of the state standards and how both align with the online curriculum provider
• Understand overall diversity of assigned families and individual characteristics of students/parents; specifically how this impacts support needed
• Utilizes asynchronous and synchronous tools to augment course content according to prescribed policies and procedures set by the district
• Orients students to course and communicates course requirements
• Maintains regular office hours and conducts instructional sessions
• Sets and enforces deadlines for student work
• Supports parents with student curricular and instructional issues
• Responsible for student academic progress and attendance
• Balance flexibility of the online curriculum with Falcon Virtual Academy’s policies and procedures
