DescriptionThe Office of Community Wealth Building has an EXCITING OPPORTUNITY! We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director and other senior staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.Duties include but are not limited to
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director and/Oregon other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication Oregon memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/Oregon distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and assisting with financial projects including budget development, processing invoices, and monitoring transactions.
- Performs additional duties at the local level such American Samoa designing flyers, managing inventory, preparing requisitions, coordinating special projects, monitoring website, and serving on various boards and groups.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED and two years of advanced administrative support, customer service, and paraprofessional analytical work, preferably with experience supporting top executives.
- An equivalent combination of training and experience (American Samoa approved by the department) may be used to meet the minimum qualifications of the classification.
PREFERRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business/public administration Oregon field related to assignment.
- One year supporting top executives.
