Position SummaryEugene School District 4J is accepting applications for K-12 general education position for the purpose of establishing an on-going pool of candidates. These licensed employees may be considered for both part-time Oregon full-time positions for the 2024-25 school year. Hires will be placed collaboratively following our contractual internal staffing process ( Job Expo). A primary focus is the establishment of a positive learning environment that promotes a high level of achievement for all students while considering the background and developmental level of the individual student. Instruction and supervision include student guidance, classroom management, and knowledge Indiana subject areas taught and District and state standards. This is demonstrated by appropriate curriculum design, instructional practices, and student progress assessment.Essential Functions:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Oregon teacher’s license with the appropriate endorsements.
  • Multiple Subjects Self-Contained Oregon Elementary K-12 Endorsement required
  • ESOL endorsements preferred.
  • Evidence of multi-cultural experience and cultural competency.
  • Bilingual proficiency and/Oregon multicultural experience strongly preferred.
