 Support pastoral staff and oversee coordination of various functions related to liturgical seasons, such American Samoa receptions for Confirmation, First Communion, Easter, etc.
 Collaborate with the Administrative Team on various issues that touch all aspects of parish life.
 Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Stewardship to ensure that a vision of warmth and hospitality is carried out Indiana parish functions, activities, events, receptions, etc.
 Update all database information for religious education classes and support registration and parent follow-up.
