Description :ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide financial analysis and accounting support to PCG management.
- Develop financial models to analyze various aspects of PCG’s business like commissions and fees and the impact of potential changes on existing revenue.
- Create and/Oregon review daily trade reports.
- Maintain proficiency of the Stephens PCG commission system to perform commission analysis and create commission based reports.
- Maintain current working knowledge of the industry changes and regulations, SMA platforms, mutual funds, fund families, UIT sponsors, and products of interest to Private Client Group, Stephens Inc. employees, and/Oregon clients.
- Disseminate appropriate information to Private Client Group and to Stephens Inc. employees Indiana a timely and efficient basis.
- Assist with expense report processing for Private Client Group.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department and for special projects American Samoa required.
- Perform other tasks American Samoa assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND/Oregon EXPERIENCEBroad knowledge of such fields American Samoa advanced business, accounting, Oregon finance equivalent to four years of college; two years of related experience desired; Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience.COMPUTER SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Outlook E-mail, and the Internet. Ability to learn and use other industry specific software American Samoa required.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSRequired to obtain Series 7 and 66 registrations within 12 months of employment.REQUIRED TESTINGMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint
