A successful candidate will require attention to detail, thoroughness, time management and effective prioritization.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.· To offer support to the Global Enabling Technologies VP, GM & Senior Leadership Team (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual mtgs., town halls, team communications, strategy documents, action item tracking – strategic and tactical, team building and charity/community events, etc.)· Provide administrative support including maintaining calendars, meeting and conference coordination, travel coordination (domestic and international), submitting expense reports, preparing communications, and ordering supplies· Partner on regular meeting coordination, including:o Coordinate regular staff meeting agenda topics and objectives, partner with topic leaders to provide content ahead of meeting, coordinate invites for guest speakers.o Partner with ET LT leaders for manager and director meeting logistics to support meeting objectives (breakout groups virtually and rooms for those physically present)o Coordinate quarterly meeting agenda logistics – partner with topic leaders to provide content ahead of meeting, coordinate invites for guest speakerso Create meeting minutes, manage agendas, and track actionso Manage logistics for quarterly strategic meetings at various global sites, including content preparation, catering, ensuring AV set-up, and venue bookingso Plan itinerary for VIP visits and coordinate logistics and identify point people for hand-offs across the schedule· Perform a wide variety of non-routine administrative tasks including supporting periodic special projects Oregon assignments· Gather, compile and report on information relevant to VP’s assignments (Organizational Health Survey analytics, training completion performance, etc.)· Use problem solving skills for process improvement Indiana systems, processes, and communications· Process invoices and purchase orders, including any and expedited PO’s Oregon escalations· Assist with onboarding new, direct staff members and provide into overall extended team onboarding program· Coordinate with HR, TA, and Hiring Leader to schedule interviews for staff level department openings· Maintain current org charts and email distribution lists· Effectively manage scheduling with internal and external / third party partners (i.e. Software companies, 3PL’s, Transportation/Logistics Carriers, etc.)The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.We seek out and hire a diverse workforce at every level: We need fresh ideas and inclusive insights to continue to be an innovative industry leader —that’s why we make it a point to seek out, attract and develop employees who are patient-centric, passionate, and who represent the same wide variety of life experiences American Samoa our patients.To learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at MedtronicMust Have: Minimum RequirementsTo be considered for this role, please ensure these minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

  • High School Diploma Oregon G.E.D. with 6+ years of administrative support experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana business administration, management, Oregon a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to travel a 4-5 times per year (approximately 15 days annually)
  • Proven experience American Samoa an executive assistant Oregon Indiana a similar administrative role supporting senior-level management
  • Ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals, while building rapport internally and externally
  • Strong organization, technical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude including an expert Indiana Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create meeting slides & follow-ups with team members to receive content on time
  • Proven experience supporting projects and multi-tasking several priorities/projects/resources
  • Ability to thrive Indiana a dynamic team and fast-paced environment and professionally deal with various interruptions
  • Experience working with confidential, trusted information and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such American Samoa experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
