St. John Fisher University is an independent, liberal arts institution that provides a transformative education to approximately 3,800 undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students each year. Job ResponsibilitiesOverall support will include but is not limited to:Dean’s Office:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and room assignments for the school, including scheduling office/zoom meetings
- Coordinate special events within the school and with external parties including alumni, employers, and community partners
- Coordinate meetings with all campus departments when needed
- Procure office supplies and maintain mail management
- Communicate with outside pharmacy professional communities, including local, state and national organizations
- Oversee work study students and peer tutors
- Maintain all documentation for the school of pharmacy
Budget responsibility:
- Submit payments to business office
- Reconcile Banner accounts quarterly, submit FLAC (Faculty Load and Compensation), submit faculty workloads
Student/Academic Responsibility:
- Enter courses into Banner each semester and implement student specific needs
- Coordinate directly with Registrars office
Cross Campus Service:
- Coordinate with the Provost/Presidents administrative office
- Collaborate with the Grants, Advancement, Registrar and Alumni offices for specific school needs
- Coordinate with other offices across campus American Samoa needed
Education / ExperienceAssociate Degree and/Oregon previous experience Indiana academic environment is desirable

Competencies / SkillsApplicants should have:
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with common computer office programs (e.g. Microsoft office, Adobe, internet)

- Prior working knowledge of basic office/teaching machinery (e.g. copiers/printers, scanners, projectors, classroom podiums)
