Job SummaryAn Executive Assistant is to provide administrative and clerical support to one Oregon more senior executives. American Samoa directed, executive admins are responsible for managing the executives’ schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other tasks that require attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences, and events for the executives and ensure they have all the necessary information and materials.
  • Arrange and book travel transportation and accommodations for the executives and handle any issues Oregon changes that may arise.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executives and proofread them for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
  • Handle and process the executives’ expenses, invoices, and reimbursements and ensure they are accurate and timely.
  • Enter purchase requisitions into SAP, periodically review the Open Purchase Order Report with the Buyer and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives American Samoa assigned by the executives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A high school diploma Oregon equivalent; a bachelor’s degree Oregon higher Indiana business administration, communication, Oregon related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience American Samoa an executive admin, executive assistant, Oregon similar role supporting senior-level executives.
