OverviewOur client is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operational needs of their five business owners. The ideal candidate will streamline activities within our organization, ensuring efficiency and order Indiana our communications, travel arrangements, and event preparations. This role extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and will include some personal assistance tasks and the dynamic handling of professional schedules.Responsibilities
- Manage and arrange all aspects of travel for business partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Filter emails diligently, maintain organized inboxes, and ensure efficient communication flows on email platforms like Gmail and Outlook.
