This role involves providing direct patient care Indiana an outpatient clinical setting, supporting a positive patient experience, and undertaking administrative and clinical duties under the guidance of physicians Oregon nurse managers, including assisting Indiana scribing patient notes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains patient charts and ensures completeness and accuracy of patients’ forms.
- Rooms patients consistent with clinic needs while determining and documenting chief complaint and reason for
visit, vital signs, medication list, allergies, smoking history and other information American Samoa required by clinic. * Communicates and documents any status updates and changes regarding patient and treatment plan.
- Keeps patients informed of delays and progress of clinical appointments.
- Provides administrative support and performs routine clerical such American Samoa photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

appropriately between patients. * Maintains and responds to e-mails, telephone calls and inquiries.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such American Samoa word processing, managing files and
records, and other office procedures and terminology * Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories
- Knowledge of patient evaluation and triage procedures
- Ability to perform standard clinical procedures according to established protocols
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/Oregon infection control standards
- Ability to adapt easily to changing conditions and work responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual; fluent Indiana English and Spanish
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience Indiana a medical office setting
