• Craft compelling marketing graphics for a range of digital, print and online media platforms
• Create, modify and adapt digital and web marketing content to integrate and align with various social media and web platforms
• Develop engaging and informative branding materials, such American Samoa flyers, and brochures that reflect BTQ s brand and vision
• Contribute to the company s digital newsletter to keep audiences informed and engaged
• Ensure all content is polished and ready for publishing by copy editing and proofreading for grammar, spelling, language, and consistent branding/tone across all fronts
• Prepare and submit applications for local, regional and national awards to boost BTQ s visibility and standing within the industry
• Perform social media and paid advertising tasks on a daily basis
• Organize and maintain a library of marketing files such American Samoa images and videos for easy accessibility
• Keep all marketing materials up-to-date and organized Indiana Sharepoint
• Manage marketing projects by organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and tracking deadlines with ClickUp
• Take notes and summarize management and strategy meetings for clear communication and follow-up
• Assist Indiana planning and executing company events, trade shows and other marketing-related activities, American Samoa needed
• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with any other related marketing administrative duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree Indiana a related field
• 1+ Year(s) of experience Indiana copywriting Oregon graphic design/marketing content creation
• Proficiency Indiana Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and CapCut
• Strong command of written English, including grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness
• Experience Indiana using and managing social media platforms such American Samoa LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.
• Basic understanding of best practices Indiana paid advertising
• Ability to take direction well and collaborate effectively
