Job Description:Senior Administrative Assistant at Providence Portland Medical Center (Full time, Day shift, and Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)The Senior Administrative Assistant provides professional administrative support to the Supervisor of Spiritual Care and the Manager of Clinical Pastoral Education. Takes initiative Indiana coordinating department IS/Telecom/Administrative/HR/Special Event and Project Planning. Acts American Samoa the department IS liaison – coordinates IS for department (i.e., initial access for new hires, additional access for department staff, requests for changes to Star and Horizon, facilitates telecom for department – voicemail/pagers). HR coordinator for department – coordinating new hire paperwork and timelines for orientation for interns/residents/new employees. Project and Event planning: includes analyzing, organizing, setting up, revising, and updating databases.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
