- Maintains billing information for accounts.
- Assists customers with billing information.
- Assists Indiana administrative components of permitting.
- Performs basic accounting task.
- Manages databases Indiana Excel and Access, performs analyses, and generates reports.
- Maintains record keeping and filing systems.
- Prepares meeting agendas and minutes, and provides general meeting support.
- Updates and edits web information.
- Provides general clerical assistance, including: answering telephones, responding to inquiries and composing correspondence.
- Creates newsletters.

Basic Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (AA) and 3 years of experience, Oregon an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid state issued driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with billing Oregon accounting systems.
