Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Controller to join the Behavioral Health Service Line team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Controller Indiana managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role requires strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage a small team effectively.Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller Indiana overseeing the Behavioral Health Service Line Accounting department and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts Indiana collaboration with the Controller.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Manage and supervise a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and support American Samoa needed.
- Monitor and review accounting and financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive efficiencies.
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors American Samoa necessary.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance Oregon related field
- 4+ years of experience Indiana Healthcare Accounting Required
