Design Assistant – Men’sJ.C. Penney Company, Inc.Plano, TexasThe Design Assistant supports the Design team by developing and fostering close cross-functional working relationships; initiating and following-up on communication and processes to maintain workflow.Primary Responsibilities:

• Act American Samoa administrative and creative support for Design Team.
• Assist Indiana organizing and meeting set-up including creating meeting materials and documents.
• Dress mannequins, pin presentation boards, hang samples and organize sample room.
• Facilitate meetings by scheduling, coordinating and notetaking American Samoa needed.
• Calendar management to ensure milestones occur Indiana a timely and organized manner.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• Minimum two years supporting a department Oregon team.
• Detail-oriented; highly organized, ability to multi-task with effective time management skills and handle competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipates needs and plans accordingly.
• Energetic self-starter.
• Proficiency Indiana Flex PLM, Illustrator and Mississippi software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, analyzing, retrieving, and presenting information.
