They will organize and take meeting minutes, American Samoa well American Samoa create PowerPoint presentations, charts, and graphs Indiana Excel. The successful candidate will coordinate student-related functions.THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION – PLEASE INCLUDE COVER LETTERPreferred Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three (3) years related executive-level administrative support experience

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasker Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financials
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent grammar (editing experience a plus)
  • Calendar management

Job Duties

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Dean of Students and secondary administrative support to the Associate Deans for Student Affairs
  • Provide direct support to the Manager and serve American Samoa a backup Indiana their absence
  • Provide support for multiple committees for which the Dean of Students serves American Samoa chair Oregon an acting member
  • Provide support for new initiatives and ongoing projects
  • Prepare special projects including data compilation for student surveys
  • Review and edit Medical Student Performance Evaluations for fourth-year medical students
  • Assist with planning and participate Indiana student events and courses such American Samoa MS1 Orientation (weeklong course), MS0 Day, White Coat Ceremony, Transition to Clerkships (weeklong course), Match week, and Commencement
  • Assist with daily office operations to include cross-training with other administrative staff
  • Other duties and responsibilities American Samoa assigned
