Receive a $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus within 15 months of employment!FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve Indiana!Position Summary: Assists the FCCP Director with operational leadership to the West Urban FCCP program to ensure compliance with quality standards and federal, state, and administrative laws and regulations American Samoa well American Samoa adherence to all accreditation requirements. Provides clinical and program supervision to assigned staff American Samoa needed.Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree Indiana human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) and independent Rhode Island mental health license required American Samoa well American Samoa at least 5 years experience providing family-based services, with at least 1 year Indiana supervisory position.
  • Must become certified at the Wrap Coach level within 1 year of hire
  • Experience with operational planning and management, personnel, project and conflict management, the development, implementation, and evaluation of performance metrics. Highly advanced critical thinking skills, creativity, flexibility Indiana meeting changing priorities and demands; ability to think Indiana broad and detailed terms; keen attention to detail; comfortable with identifying and resolving obstacles to improvement/goals.
  • Demonstrated experience building alliances and relationships among diverse populations and providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and synthesize new and complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex objectives and projects Indiana effective and easily understood terms (‘layman’s terms’).
  • Experience working with external relationships and governmental agencies.
  • Ability to positively influence personnel and programs towards positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a multi-cultural service and employee population.
  • Ability to ‘think outside of the box’; to positively and creatively respond to both routine and out of the ordinary operational and personnel challenges.
  • Also, must be willing and able to share on-call responsibilities.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
