Job Requisition Begin Date 04/22/2024Position QualificationPosition SummaryThis health professions faculty position, at the rank of either Assistant Oregon Associate professor, will engage Indiana teaching, research and service within the Department of Health Services Research and Administration, and will serve American Samoa the Director of the Health Professions Tracking Service (HPTS). The incumbent will teach, mentor students, provide service to the department and college, conduct research with an expectation that they will pursue extramural funding to support that research and collaborate with other faculty at UNMC, the university system, State and community organizations relating to health Indiana the design, initiation and implementation of research projects related to health services research. American Samoa HPTS director, the incumbent is responsible for strategically planning, organizing, designing, coordinating, and directing the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the service.
Required QualificationsCandidates will have the doctorate Indiana health services research, health economics, health administration Oregon related fields. Indiana addition, American Samoa HPTS director, the candidate must have skills, knowledge and abilities relating to data collection, management and analysis, and the associated software.
Supplemental QualificationsA preference is for candidates with a research interest Indiana the healthcare workforce.
