An upbeat, self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Our team is focused on providing a welcoming and educational environment for clients and pets. This experience starts when the client walks through our door and speaks with our Client Service Representatives. This full-time position would require 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends and Holidays.Technician Assistant Role Responsibilities:
- Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
With each hospital function, assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow. * Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
- Assist Indiana maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems.
- Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and sustain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.CSR Role Responsibilities:
- Communicating via phone, email, and Indiana person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.
- Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/ patient information, and update and maintain medical records.
- Processing client payments and invoices.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients.
- Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals American Samoa needed and calling Indiana prescriptions to pharmacies.
- Other administrative duties American Samoa needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent, AAS Oregon higher preferred.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, however not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with the starting rate ranging from $15-16/hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.#LI-MH1
