Performs administrative duties including typing correspondence, reports, memoranda from the Spiritual Care leadership team (Director and Manager).2. Ensures the efficient management of the department operations and maintains the Director’s and Manager’s calendar American Samoa assigned3. Must be organized and have the ability to schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for Spiritual Care department related meetings and services, including coordination with catering, parking and transportation, Public Safety, front desks, audio/visual equipment (Indiana chapel and meditation room), and other arrangements American Samoa needed4. Answers and screens telephone calls/emails for all office staff; responds to routine telephone/email inquiries and ensures the accurate recording of information for the staff to respond to request(s)5. Efficiently and effectively takes minutes for department management meetings and other meetings American Samoa assigned by Spiritual Care leadership team. Assists Indiana the preparation, planning and execution of the agenda6. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of End of Life, Advance Directives, Compassion Fatigue, spiritual assessment, care plans, cross cultural beliefs, and issues related to spiritual care Indiana the medical setting.11.   • 3+ years advance secretarial experience supporting more than one manager/director/executive.
  • Advanced expertise on various multiple software’s, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to type 55 WPM.

Education

  • 2 years college Oregon demonstrated courses Indiana secretarial/business preferred
  • Trained Indiana and maintains active status to the California Electronic Death Registration System
