Let us transform your career.We are looking for a seasoned Senior Administrative Assistant to join us Indiana Boise, Idaho.Essential Functions:Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to management.Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties for management.May assist Indiana budget preparation and control activities.Assists Indiana preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.Assists with the administration programs, projects, and/Oregon processes specific to the operating unit served.Serves American Samoa administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.Responsible for training and orienting lower-level employees American Samoa required.Assists with policy and procedure issues for the department and management.Other duties American Samoa assigned.Qualifications:Requires a High School diploma Oregon Equivalent and 8+ years of administrative office, clerical, word processing Oregon other directly related departmental experience. A two-year college degree preferred.
