DescriptionWe’re a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our team and provide our guests with a care experience that will change their lives!Key responsibilities include:Assists Indiana the coordination, direction and delivery of wellness and recreation programs to meet specific needs of each and all the residentsProviding hands-on involvement Indiana programs during the residents’ scheduled timesAssisting Indiana the planning, orientation and supervision of volunteersSupporting the Resident Programs Director Indiana exploring opportunities for resident emotional, physical, spiritual, social and intellectual engagementAssisting with marketing and promotional materials, helping to ensure professional quality
Position Requirements1 year of direct activities programming experience Indiana a skilled nursing setting (preferred)Basic typing and computer skills are essential, preferably Indiana a Microsoft Windows environmentFlexibility with scheduleWorks well with othersMust enjoy working with the senior population
