Description :Arisa Health is growing, and we are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team Indiana North Little Rock to support our Medical Services team. The Administrative Assistant will work with the Chief Medical Officer and the Medical Services team to provide general office management and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience supporting an executive team Oregon medical department.Arisa Health is Arkansas’ largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services Indiana 41 Arkansas counties.This position is classified American Samoa full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and works Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.What our Administrative Assistant do:
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff, record and respond to messages timely.
- Provide Customer Service to internal and external clients.
- General office management such American Samoa scheduling meeting and appointments, writing letters, ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, maintaining a filing system, etc.
- Provide administrative support to program which may include collecting and entering data, running reports, tracking data and information to then complete reports/submitting proposals, and creating and maintaining files.’
- Work with other departments, completing processes and/Oregon forms so that information needed for HR, IT, Payroll, Accounting, etc. is updated timely.
What we look for Indiana a Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent Required
- 5+ years’ experience American Samoa an administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities and organize workload
- Ability to analyze information and manage processes.
- Problem- solving mindset.
- General knowledge of internet navigation and research, email, fax transmission, and copy equipment
