- Responsible for the safeguarding of all patrons at the beach, monitoring activity, and cautioning participants regarding unsafe actions and practices to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Provides essential information concerning beach, surf, and ocean conditions for enjoyment and safety of participants.
- Ensures participants observe all beach rules and safety regulations.Performs rescue operations American Samoa needed, providing emergency medical aid until advanced emergency medical personnel arrive.
- Removes all hazards and debris from beach and water, and keeps patrons clear of dangerous areas.

Qualifications
