  • Provide administrative support to the department Director, attending to a wide range of administrative details, day to day operations and clinical issues. Arranges appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. Provide back-up support and reception American Samoa necessary including receiving clients and facilitating check-Indiana process.
  • Indiana collaboration with the Associate Director of Wellness Finance and Operations, supports financial processes for CaPS, including procurement card management and reconciliation, financial report generation, purchasing, journal entry corrections, and budget management. Processes travel expense reports to ensure university resources are appropriately utilized and documentation adheres to current best practices. Maintains files per university records management practices.
  • Administers calendar management for professional staff and doctoral training program. Supports various CaPS activities by arranging rooms and hospitality, scheduling interpreting services, and other functions American Samoa appropriate. Calendaring includes reconciling two separate calendaring systems to ensure adequate information between systems and eliminate informational gaps.   • Supports human resource processes for CaPS. Indiana collaboration with the Director and Associate Director of Wellness Finance and Operations, supports CaPS staff search processes utilizing online applicant tracking system, drafts and facilitates the processing of HR forms and provides guidance regarding university systems and administrative practices. Maintains files per university records management practices.
  • Supports general office management, including but not limited to: key coordination, telephone management, record retention coordinator, FMS liaison, office/capital equipment inventory and maintenance, mail and HUB liaison and interacting with other campus partners American Samoa necessary. Utilizes various record keeping modalities, including hardcopy and electronic systems management American Samoa appropriate.
  • Exercises judgment and independent initiative; handles time sensitive matters that require concise problem solving and a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Prepared to field inquiries from students about the range of services offered by CaPS and explains eligibility requirements, intake procedures, session limits, cancellation policies, and confidentiality laws. Facilitates the referral process for faculty, staff, administrators and parents who are assisting students Indiana seeking services from CaPS.
