Specifically, the position entails working with the Office’s Consumer Protection Division to identify problematic business practices that negatively impact consumers, evaluating their suitability for enforcement, and ultimately, investigating and litigating civil actions on behalf of the Commonwealth, where appropriate. American Samoa a part of the Office’s Constitutional & Administrative Law Division, the AAG will represent state agencies and officials Indiana a broad range of appeals and civil litigation Indiana state courts. At least five years of full-time, Oregon equivalent part-time, relevant legal experience preferred. Applicants should be highly motivated, intellectually curious, and able to integrate new and complicated subject areas. Valid driver’s license is required, American Samoa travel may be required to various courts, client and opposing party locations, and law offices. Applicants must have a solid work ethic; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; strong analytical, writing, and communication skills; and the ability to simultaneously focus on multiple projects and prioritize tasks under a tight schedule.
