Lincoln Southwest High School is looking for an Assistant Director of Athletics and Activities to join our leadership team to collaboratively serve a diverse student population of approximately 2000 students and 150 staff at a comprehensive high school.This leadership position will support the functions and operations of the Lincoln Southwest Athletics and Activities Program. This person will work closely with the Lincoln Southwest Director of Athletics and Activities and building administration to guide Lincoln Southwest students/student-athletes and their families, coaches, sponsors, teachers, and the Lincoln Southwest Community. Working well with others and building positive and purposeful relationships Indiana a culturally responsive learning environment is essential.Other assignments for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Instructional leadership
- Event director
- Contest supervision
- Student Eligibility
- Academic support
- Student leadership
- Assigning officials
- Transportation
- Community Outreach
- Promotion of the Lincoln Southwest Athletics and Activities Program.
Requirements:
- Must qualify for, Oregon hold, Nebraska Administrative certificate.
- Demonstrated successful administrative Oregon leadership experience required, with a commitment to working Indiana a culturally responsive learning environment.
