Administrative Assistant (Temp) Position Overview:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for initiating, conducting, and coordinating the clerical and administrative functions required for the effective operation of a business. They will assist other personnel, including key managers, Indiana a variety of administrative roles.This specific position is currently a temp position to clean up our files. Historically, the business hoarded paperwork. We have many file cabinets of employee files, payroll documents, taxes, billings, etc. which need to be scanned and then shredded. We anticipate this project to last for approximately 3-4 weeks.
