HOUDINI LINK provides 6 months of patient navigation and financial incentives for enrolled patients beginning medications for OUD while at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. The Manager of this award-winning program will oversee HOUDINI LINK and provide a public face to the program at local, regional, and national meetings. Additionally, the Manager supervises patient navigators and provides direct patient care American Samoa needed. - Bachelor’s degree Indiana related area and minimum three years of experience including at least one year of supervisory/lead experience Oregon equivalent combination of experience / training.
